Information you submit
When you use a contact, bid, prequalification, subcontractor, or employment form, we receive the information you enter and any document you choose to attach. We use it to respond to your request, evaluate a business opportunity, qualify a vendor, or consider an employment application.
How forms are processed
Form details are recorded in our secured content-management database and sent to the appropriate company recipient by email through Resend. Uploaded documents are retained in private Vercel Blob storage for no more than 14 days so authenticated staff can retrieve them from the corresponding Payload form submission, then the private download expires and the file is deleted. The email and submission record may remain in company systems as needed for business, legal, safety, hiring, or recordkeeping purposes.
Spam prevention
This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated abuse. Google may receive browser and device information under its own privacy terms when you use a protected form.
